Role Description
We're looking for a Manager – Growth & Alliances to drive revenue and build strategic partnerships that accelerate Why Minds AI's market presence. This is a 60/40 role: you'll own the full B2B enterprise sales cycle while also cultivating alliances — channel partners, consulting engagements, and co-sell motions — those open new doors.
You'll engage CISOs, CROs, Chief Compliance Officers, Company Secretaries, and Legal heads at mid-to-large enterprises. You'll pitch both our AI SaaS products and our Digital & AI Consulting solutions. This isn't just about closing deals — it's about building relationships that compound.
Growth (60%)
Own the end-to-end B2B enterprise sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close
Execute GTM strategy for new verticals and market segments
Drive strategic outbound through structured prospecting (Apollo, Lusha, Linked In) and CRM pipeline management
Deliver compelling client demos, lead offer negotiations, and manage contracting
Maintain a sharp sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
Alliances (40%)
Identify, evaluate, and onboard business/ product channel and technology partners
Build, co-sell and co-market motions with strategic alliance partners
Develop consulting engagement pipelines by positioning Why Minds AI's Digital Engineering and AI advisory capabilities
Represent Why Minds AI at industry events, round tables, and partner forums
Nurture long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue and referral loops
What you bring
4–7 years in B2B enterprise SaaS sales — you've taken a challenge and got it delivered
Demonstrated experience engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers
Strong negotiation skills with a knack of managing complex, multi-stakeholder pursuits
Proficiency with CRM tools, sales analytics, and pipeline reporting
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and excellent at communicating value — not just features
Graduation/ Post-Graduation in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field
Own the full B2B enterprise sales cycle — from lead qualification and discovery through demo, negotiation, and closure.
GTM strategy execution for new verticals
Candidate from B2B Enterprise SAAS Product Sales background Only. Good Knowledge in Third Party Risk, GRC or Cybersecurity Space.
Highly preferred
Experience in BFSI, Reg Tech, GRC, Cybersecurity, or AI Safety domains
Prior experience building or managing channel partnerships or alliance programs
Exposure to selling consulting/advisory solutions alongside product
Familiarity with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) ecosystems
