We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to drive product design strategy and deliver intuitive, modern, and scalable user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, founders, and stakeholders to transform ideas into user-centric designs that balance business goals with exceptional usability.
This role requires strong leadership, product thinking, visual design expertise, and the ability to mentor and guide a growing design team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process from research to final implementation.
Define and maintain design systems, UI standards, and best practices.
Ensure consistency, scalability, and usability across all products.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers.
User Experience (UX) Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
Create user journeys, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and interaction models.
Identify pain points and optimize user experiences based on feedback and analytics.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve workflows and usability.
User Interface (UI) Design modern, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces.
Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.
Build scalable component libraries and design systems.
Ensure pixel-perfect implementation with developers.
Collaboration Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Participate in product strategy discussions and feature planning.
Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and clients.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.
Expertise in:
Figma
Adobe Creative Suite
Wire framing & Prototyping
Design Systems
Responsive Design
Strong understanding of:
User-centered design principles
Accessibility and usability standards
Interaction design
Typography, color theory, and layout systems
Experience collaborating with frontend developers and product teams.
Knowledge of modern frontend capabilities and constraints is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in startups or fast-paced product environments.
Understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, or Next.js.
Experience designing SaaS, AI-based, or enterprise applications.
Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools.
