GenAI Engineer

We are seeking an

AI / Generative AI Engineer

to support enterprise AI initiatives within the AI team, focusing on building scalable, production-grade AI/ML and GenAI solutions. The role involves working across model development, LLM applications, and cloud-based deployments aligned with healthcare technology use cases

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy

AI/ML and Generative AI solutions

for enterprise use cases
Build and operationalize

LLM-based applications

(RAG, chatbots, document intelligence, etc.)
Perform

data processing, feature engineering, and model optimization

for production use
Integrate AI solutions with

APIs and enterprise platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (client, SMEs, and engineering) for solution delivery
Participate in

technical evaluations, code reviews, and solution validation
Support

rapid prototyping and scaling of AI use cases

within cloud environments
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in:
Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
NLP and Generative AI use cases
Hands-on expertise with:
LLMs (OpenAI/Gemini or similar)
RAG architectures, vector databases (e.g., FAISS)
Lang Chain / Lang Graph frameworks
Experience building:
Conversational AI, document Q&A, or intelligent automation solutions
Cloud experience:
GCP / Azure (preferred)
Understanding of:
API integration and scalable deployment frameworks (e.g., FastAPI)
Preferred Skills
Experience in

Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent systems
Exposure to

healthcare / payer domain

use cases
Familiarity with

prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques
