We are actively hiring for a Cybersecurity Projects Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise cybersecurity initiatives across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.

8–10 Years
Budget:
Up to ₹25 LPA (15–30% hike on current CTC)
⏳ Notice Period:
Max 30 Days
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cybersecurity projects end-to-end — planning, technical evaluation, execution, and delivery
• Drive design, architecture, implementation, integration, and handover of security solutions
• Manage multiple concurrent cybersecurity initiatives across business and IT teams
• Coordinate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams for successful delivery
• Maintain project governance, risk registers, documentation, and executive-level reporting
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Identify security gaps and drive remediation through structured project execution
Required
Skills & Experience:
✔ 8–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong project delivery expertise
✔ Hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies across infrastructure and application layers
✔ Strong knowledge of:
• Network Security
• Endpoint Security
• Firewalls
• Proxy Security
• Email Security
• SIEM
• DLP
• WAF
✔ Experience designing, architecting, and deploying cybersecurity solutions in enterprise environments
✔ Strong understanding of security frameworks, methodologies, and governance models
✔ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
✔ Ability to independently manage complex technical programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Certifications:
• CISSP
• CISM
• CISA
• GSEC
• ISO 27001 LA/LI
