Please note this is a solution consulting/presales role and not a sales role. And needs someone with strong understanding of HR space. Domain experience of HR Tech space is a MUST HAVE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise discovery, demos, and solutioning discussions
- Drive RFP/RFI responses and customer presentations
- Engage with CHROs, HR leaders, IT stakeholders, and enterprise leadership teams
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams on customer requirements and solution feasibility
- Mentor and guide solution consulting / presales teams
- Support strategic enterprise accounts and large transformation engagements
Ideal Candidate:
- 15 years of experience in Presales / Solution Consulting / Enterprise SaaS consulting
- Strong exposure to HRTech / HCM / Talent Management platforms
- Experience handling enterprise and global customer engagements
- Exposure to integrations, enterprise solutioning, and SaaS ecosystems preferred
- Must have Team management experience
