Remote | UK hours (2 PM–11 PM IST) | 5+ years in enterprise sales

Grayde is a life science AI data company. We provide annotation, evaluation, and benchmarking data for AI models being built in pharma, biotech, and medical devices – delivered by credentialed domain experts under ISO-certified quality systems.
We're an early-stage. This is a founding commercial hire.

The role
You will own revenue. You'll have support for lead generation and email marketing. Everything else - outreach, discovery, proposals, negotiation, closing is you. Your primary buyers are ML engineers, data scientists, and AI leads at pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, medical device companies, and AI labs building life science models. You'll be selling into the US and UK/Europe markets from day one.

This is a pivotal role, suitable for someone who is looking to build from 0—>1.

What you'll do
Run outbound prospecting via Linked In, email, and cold calls
Lead consultative discovery and sales conversations with technical and commercial buyers
Build and manage a pipeline in Hub Spot
Close initial contracts and expand accounts
Identify and develop strategic partnerships where relevant
GTM engineering using Apollo/Clay and AI to work faster and better

What we're looking for
5+ years in OUTBOUND enterprise B2B sales, ideally in AI/data services or life sciences

Experience with ENTERPRISE sales for deals that are $100,000+
Someone disciplined, organised and self-motivated
Experience selling to pharma, biotech, medical devices, or AI product companies
Comfortable selling to both technical buyers (ML engineers, data scientists) and commercial buyers
Track record of winning new business through outbound, not inbound
Strong written communication. You'll be writing a lot of your own outreach
Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage environments

Nice to have
Familiarity with AI/ML workflows (RLHF, model evaluation, data labelling)
Existing relationships in pharma AI or biotech AI teams
Experience selling managed or professional services
