We are looking for a highly experienced L3 Linux / Open Shift Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize large-scale enterprise Linux environments supporting mission-critical infrastructure.

Role Overview :
This role requires deep expertise in Linux administration, advanced troubleshooting, infrastructure automation, cloud/virtualization, and container orchestration with Open Shift. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L3 support for complex Linux server issues across enterprise environments
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes
• Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and capacity planning of Linux systems
• Contribute to infrastructure architecture and define Linux security standards
• Develop automation using Ansible, Python, Bash, or Shell scripting
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Cloud Formation where applicable)
• Manage patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance reporting
• Harden Linux systems as per ISO 27001, CIS, or NIST standards
• Manage Linux workloads across on-prem (VMware) and cloud (AWS/Azure)
• Support containerized workloads using Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, and Open Shift
• Mentor L1/L2 administrators and lead technical discussions across teams
Required Skills:
✔ 10–14 years of strong Linux Administration experience
✔ Expertise in RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, SUSE
✔ Strong experience with Open Shift / Kubernetes administration
✔ Hands-on automation with Ansible & Shell scripting
✔ Cloud experience with AWS EC2, Azure VMs
✔ Virtualization experience with VMware vSphere
✔ Security expertise: SELinux, firewalld, auditd, CIS hardening
✔ Strong storage & networking knowledge: LVM, NFS, bonding, TCP/IP troubleshooting
✔ Monitoring tools: Nagios, Solarwinds
✔ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
