About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Performance Marketing Team Lead to own paid acquisition across Meta and Google for multiple client accounts. This role sits at the intersection of paid search, paid social, and performance strategy.
You will own campaign strategy, optimization, and reporting from day one, set the standard for how accounts are run, and guide a small team of specialists. You will also work directly with clients, so comfort on calls and clear communication matter as much as platform skill.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Performance Marketing Team Lead, you will own paid performance end to end across Meta and Google. Your responsibilities include:
Owning and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads lead generation campaigns across multiple accounts
Setting account structure, keyword and audience strategy, bidding, and creative and ad testing frameworks
Setting up and maintaining accurate conversion tracking, including call tracking tools like Call Rail
Monitoring performance and making data driven optimizations to improve results
Reviewing the work of specialists on the team, giving feedback, and setting quality standards
Building and maintaining reporting dashboards and performance summaries for clients and leadership
Running paid search and paid social audits for prospects and existing clients
Documenting gaps and optimization opportunities in clear audit reports
Leading client calls, presenting performance, and setting expectations
Building and improving the processes and playbooks the team runs on
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who has run paid search and paid social campaigns at a high level and knows how to generate leads efficiently. You should bring:
5 plus years of hands on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads in a Specialist, Manager, or Lead capacity
Strong command of paid search and paid social strategy, account structure, and optimization best practices
Advanced experience with conversion tracking and call tracking integrations
Experience guiding, mentoring, or reviewing the work of other marketers
Ability to independently plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple accounts
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication, including comfort on client calls
Nice to Have
Prior agency experience
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, or server side tracking
Experience with other channels such as Linked In Ads, Tik Tok Ads, or programmatic
Experience managing or building out a small team
