We are looking for an SEO Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience who can independently manage SEO campaigns, execute optimization strategies, and contribute to organic growth across client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities for multiple client websites.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
Create keyword mapping and optimize website architecture for search visibility.
Optimize service pages, blogs, and product pages for rankings and conversions.
Implement SEO strategies aligned with client goals.
Technical SEO
Perform regular technical audits to identify crawl, indexing, and performance issues.
Work closely with developers to implement SEO recommendations.
Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema markup, internal linking, and website health.
Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, redirects, and indexing issues.
Off-Page SEO & Link Building
Execute white-hat link-building campaigns through outreach, guest posting, digital PR, and community engagement.
Identify backlink opportunities and monitor backlink profiles.
Build authority through strategic content placements and partnerships.
Content & Growth
Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-focused content briefs.
Review content for search intent, optimization opportunities, and topical relevance.
Support content marketing initiatives to drive organic traffic and lead generation.
Reporting & Analysis
Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics.
Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
Prepare monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or digital marketing environment.
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Experience working with Word Press, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and SEO reporting tools.
Understanding of search intent, content optimization, and keyword strategy.
Ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with local SEO and multi-location SEO campaigns.
Knowledge of CRO fundamentals and user behavior analysis.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts.
Exposure to AI-assisted SEO workflows and content optimization tools.
Understanding of Google Ads and performance marketing fundamentals.
