This is not a campaign-coordination role. You’ll work directly inside the ad platforms, manage meaningful budgets, analyse performance and find repeatable ways to acquire high-quality users profitably.
You’ll be responsible for the full acquisition loop—from channel strategy and campaign execution to creative testing, attribution and commercial performance.
What you’ll own
- Build and execute our iOS user-acquisition strategy
- Manage campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Google Ads and Apple Search Ads
- Allocate and scale budgets based on CAC, ROAS, retention and payback
- Develop structured testing plans across creatives, audiences, bids and landing flows
- Work with creative teams to produce and iterate performance-led ad concepts
- Analyse the complete funnel from impression and install through activation, retention and revenue
- Improve attribution and measurement across SKAN, MMP and product analytics
- Create clear reporting that explains what happened, why it happened and what we should do next
- Identify and test new channels, geographies and growth opportunities
- Partner with product, creative, analytics and leadership teams
What we’re looking for
- 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- A strong track record acquiring users for a consumer mobile app
- Direct experience managing and scaling significant monthly ad spend
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and at least two of Tik Tok Ads, Google Ads and Apple Search Ads
- Practical understanding of iOS attribution, ATT, SKAN and mobile measurement
- Experience with Apps Flyer, Adjust or another mobile measurement platform
- Strong command of CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention and payback-period analysis
- Experience designing disciplined creative and audience experiments
- Comfort working with imperfect data and making commercially sound decisions
- Clear communication and a high level of ownership
Bonus points
- Experience scaling subscription, gaming, fintech, marketplace or other transaction-led apps
- Experience acquiring users across multiple countries
- Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker or SQL
- Experience building or improving performance-marketing operations from an early stage
- A strong instinct for performance creative and consumer psychology
What success looks like
Within your first six months, you will have:
- Established reliable channel and campaign-level reporting
- Built a consistent creative-testing rhythm
- Identified the strongest audiences, messages and acquisition channels
- Improved CAC, ROAS or payback against the starting baseline
- Created a clear roadmap for scaling iOS acquisition efficiently
Compensation
INR 20-30
LPA + bonus
Final compensation will depend on experience, market knowledge and evidence of past performance.
