HOD - System & Business Processes

Responsibilities

1. IT cell Procurement

• Procurement of software, AMCs and hardware for the IT cell

• Attendance management of the contract labour software

• Facial recognition software biometrics

2. Digital procurement

• Interactions with CDIO (chief digital and information officer)

• Whole IT team reports to CDIO (Digital Cell)

• Any digitalization Devices in plants and mines

3. Acts as the interface between CPC and IT Cell

• Handle Tools like Vendex, Pylog and SAP

4. Materials master data integration – Due Diligence

- Major Cleaning of data duplications of mergers and acquisitions

5. Central Point of contact for all the Audit handling

6. MIS Consolidation for the Entire COE/E&I Function

7. Miscellaneous procurement for safety cell and mining cell

• Contract labour training apps procurement

• Fuel dispensing digital tool to track fuel consumption

Skills:

- Strong in vendor management & negotiation
- Hands-on experience with SAP / procurement tools
- Exposure to IT/digital procurement & transformation initiatives
- Good stakeholder management across cross-functional teams

Experience:

8–12 years in procurement (preferably IT/digital)

Qualification:

BE/

B.Tech (min.) + MBA with digital mindset
