Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced
MSD 365 CRM Back Office Architect
to lead end-to-end architecture design and implementation of enterprise-grade CRM ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture , large-scale distributed systems, and integration of multi-channel enterprise platforms.
This role demands strong architectural ownership across
CRM, integration layers, cloud infrastructure, and high-availability systems
supporting mission-critical enterprise operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
solutions for enterprise environments
Lead
end-to-end CRM architecture , including back-office systems and integration layers
Define
multi-tenant architecture strategies
for large enterprise deployments
Design robust
API architecture
for seamless system interoperability
Architect
Omnichannel and CTI integrations
for unified customer experience
Ensure
High Availability (HA)
and
Disaster Recovery (DR)
compliance across systems
Design cloud-native solutions on
Azure and/or AWS
platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders to define
solution roadmap and technical strategy
Guide development teams on
best practices, governance, and architecture standards
Drive integration with enterprise systems like ERP, billing, and external platforms
Ensure compliance with
ITIL processes and enterprise architecture frameworks
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong hands-on experience in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architecture
Expertise in
Solution Architecture & Enterprise CRM Design
Strong knowledge of
Multi-Tenant Distributed Systems
Experience with
API Management, REST/SOAP services, Microservices architecture
Deep understanding of
Omnichannel systems & CTI integration
Experience with
Azure and/or AWS architecture (cloud-native systems)
Strong background in
High Availability & Disaster Recovery design
Experience integrating CRM with:
SAP CRM
Salesforce
Kafka
Azure Event Hub
Enterprise Tolling Systems (MBUF / RUC programs)
Strong knowledge of
ITIL framework and enterprise processes
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in
TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture)
or equivalent Solution Architecture certifications
Experience in
large-scale enterprise CRM implementations
Exposure to
telecom, tolling, transportation, or regulated industry systems
Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
Enterprise-level CRM Architect with strong
Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise
Proven experience designing
complex distributed CRM ecosystems
Ability to translate business requirements into
scalable technical architecture
Strong leadership in
integration-heavy, multi-system environments
