Role Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS Analyst to support business
reporting, data management, and decision-making across various functions including Sourcing,
Supply Chain, Operations, Category Management, and Finance.
The ideal candidate should possess advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets,
have strong experience in MIS reporting and dashboard creation, and be comfortable handling
large datasets to generate meaningful business insights.
This role requires a hands-on professional who can independently manage reporting
requirements, automate processes, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
MIS Reporting & Data Management
● Create, maintain, and automate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports for business
stakeholders.
● Consolidate and manage large datasets from multiple sources while ensuring data
accuracy and consistency.
● Perform regular data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
● Develop standardized reporting formats and reporting frameworks.
Dashboard Creation & Reporting Automation
● Design and maintain dynamic dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets.
● Develop automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
● Build KPI trackers, performance scorecards, and management dashboards.
● Create executive-level reports for business reviews and decision-making.
Business Analysis & Insights
● Analyze operational, sourcing, inventory, supply chain, and business performance data.
● Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data-driven analysis.
● Generate actionable recommendations to improve business and operational performance .
● Track key business metrics and ensure timely reporting of performance indicators.
Process Improvement
● Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data management practices.
● Drive automation initiatives using advanced spreadsheet functionalities.
● Improve reporting turnaround time and reduce dependency on manual interventions.
Stakeholder Management
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Operations, Planning,
Category Management, Finance, and Leadership teams.
● Translate business requirements into meaningful reports and dashboards.
● Present findings and insights in a simple, structured, and actionable manner.
