Role Overview

The Manager – Product Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives, product innovations not only be limited to finance , might work on other strategy initiatives from corporate teams within Car Trade Labs. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex financial and customer challenges

.
Who we are looking fo r

3–7 years of experience in Product Strategy, Business Strategy, Chief of Staff, Product Management, Founder’s Office, Consulting, Venture Building, Startup Operations, or related roles.
Strong customer-centric mindset with experience in customer research and problem discovery.
Demonstrated experience building products, businesses, or strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into business actions.
Experience working in startups, innovation teams, incubators, consulting firms, or high-growth environments.
Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, automation tools, analytics platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
MBA from a reputed institution preferred.

What You'll Do

Product & Business Strategy

Identify new growth opportunities, emerging trends, and business models across digital, automotive, mobility, commerce, and financial ecosystems.
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, customer discovery, and ecosystem analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Build business cases, evaluate opportunity size, and recommend growth initiatives.
Define product vision, customer journeys, and strategic roadmaps for new initiatives.

Customer Discovery & Product Devel opment
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer pain points and unmet
needs.
Design and validate customer journeys, user experiences, and value propositions.
Translate insights into product concepts, MVPs, and scalable solutions.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to drive execution.

Innovation & AI Transfor mation
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, automation, and analytics to improve customer experiences and business efficiency.
Partner with business and technology teams to experiment, prototype, and launch AI-enabled solutions.
Drive adoption of emerging technologies across strategic initiatives.

Growth & Business Building
Support new business launches and incubation initiatives from concept to scale.
Develop GTM strategies, growth experiments, and monetization opportunities.
Track business performance, customer engagement, and growth metrics to optimize out
comes.

Cross-functional Leadership
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Data Science, and Leadership teams.
Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
Present recommendations, insights, and business cases to senior leadership.
