Job Summar
yWe are looking for an experienced
Oracle Fusion Project Manage r to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions, including
OIC, VBCS, HCM, and Redwoo d. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise along with functional and technical understanding of Oracle Fusion applications to drive successful transformation programs
.
Roles & Responsibiliti
es Manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation, upgrade, and support project
s.Lead project planning, execution, and delivery acros s Oracle Fusion HCM, OIC, VBCS, and Redwo od module
s.Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless deliver
y.Drive project governance, milestone tracking, RAID management, and reportin
g.Oversee Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, API development, and third-party system connectivit
y.Manage VBCS application development and custom extensions for Oracle Fusio
n.Ensure the successful implementation of Redwood UI transformations and user adoption strategie
s.Support HCM module implementations, including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Talent Managemen
t.Plan and execute SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare suppor
t.Manage risks, escalations, timelines, budgets, and resource allocatio
n.Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, reports, and integration
s.Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologie
