About the Rol
ePublicis Groupe is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital performance campaigns across multiple channels. The role requires a strong understanding of paid media, analytics, attribution, and conversion optimization, with the ability to drive measurable business outcomes for clients
.
Key Responsibiliti
- es Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, You Tube, Programmatic, and other digital platform
- s.Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization to achieve KPIs such as Leads, Sales, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and Revenu
- e.Drive performance across paid search, paid social, display, video, affiliate, and app marketing channel
- s.Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectivenes
- s.Monitor budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize returns on media investment
- s.Collaborate with planning, analytics, creative, ad operations, and client teams to deliver integrated solution
- s.Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategie
- s.Leverage audience segmentation, remarketing, and first-party data strategies to improve campaign performanc
- e.Prepare client-facing reports, dashboards, and performance reviews with strategic recommendation
- s.Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, privacy regulations, and emerging digital technologie

Requireme
- nts4–7 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Paid Med
