We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior DAM Operations Specialist to support Digital Asset Management (DAM), metadata, taxonomy, and workflow governance within a large-scale creative automation and digital production environment. This role is focused on ensuring digital assets, templates, feeds, and campaign outputs are consistently organised, tagged, named, and governed across systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across global production and stakeholder teams.
You will work closely with campaign managers, production teams, designers, product teams, and market stakeholders to maintain scalable DAM processes and support workflow optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support DAM operations, metadata management, tagging, taxonomy, and file naming workflows
Assist with DAM setup activities including:
metadata structures
folder organization
workflow and process configuration
Ensure consistency across digital assets, templates, feeds, and delivery outputs
Support asset upload, retrieval, organisation, and governance processes
Validate metadata accuracy, taxonomy alignment, and naming conventions
Identify workflow gaps, inconsistencies, and operational inefficiencies proactively
Raise and track issues, enhancement requests, bugs, and workflow dependencies
Maintain workflow documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures
Contribute to workflow optimization and automation initiatives over time
Coordinate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of relevant experience in DAM operations, metadata management, digital production, or workflow coordination
Strong understanding of:
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
metadata and tagging
taxonomy structures
file naming conventions
workflow governance
Excellent organisational and stakeholder coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and process consistency
Ability to manage structured workflows and operational processes effectively
