Job Summary
Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Benefits Functional Consultant responsible for implementing,
configuring, and supporting Benefits modules within Oracle Fusion HCM for enterprise clients
in the USA. Candidate must have relevant experience of 3 to 6 Years.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document benefits
requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits configurations.
Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits modules, including plan design,
eligibility rules, rates, life events, enrolments, and related setups.
Support end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Benefits, including fitgap
analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Perform functional testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing for
benefits-related processes and integrations.
Work closely with technical teams to support integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM
and third-party benefits providers or payroll systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to benefits configuration, processing, and
reporting in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Provide functional guidance and best practices for benefits administration within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user
guides for benefits processes.
Support change management activities, including user training, knowledge transfer, and
production support for benefits modules.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and benefits
governance standards.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or
a related field (or equivalent experience).
3 to 6 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Benefits Functional
Consultant or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits, including plan types,
options, eligibility profiles, life events, and enrolment rules.
Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or major
enhancement project focused on Benefits.
Familiarity with Oracle HCM Core HR and related modules is preferred.
Understanding of benefits compliance, policies, and practices in a corporate
environment.
Ability to create and execute test scenarios and support users during UAT.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain functional concepts to nontechnical
stakeholders.
