About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to own the full operational layer of our deployments — from the ground up. You will be the single point of contact between our field operations, internal tech team, and client for everything that needs to move, get tracked, and get resolved.
This is not a desk job. You will be on factory floors, warehouses, and client sites as often as you are in meetings. If you are someone who gets energised by solving real problems, coordinating across teams, and seeing your work go live at scale — this is for you.
What You Will Do
1. On-Site Deployment & Field Execution
Lead hardware deployment at client sites — installation, configuration, and system bring-up
Travel to cities across India for multi-day deployments; you own the outcome at every site
Execute SOPs on-site and coordinate with client facility teams and operators
Ensure every site is fully live and signed off before you leave
2. Issue Tracking & Deployment Pipeline Management
Raise issues internally the moment a deployment is delayed or a system reports a problem
Track every open issue to closure — collect resolution timelines from the tech team and communicate updates to the client
Collect structured user feedback post-deployment and bring it back as clear, actionable inputs to the product and tech team
Maintain a live deployment tracker — what is live, what is pending, what is stuck and why
3. Operations — Procurement, Vendor & Client Coordination
Vendor & Procurement:
Research and identify vendors for hardware requirements
Own follow-up on quotations, samples, and delivery timelines — persistent and structured
Raise POs, track deliveries, manage invoices, and process reimbursements
Participate in vendor negotiations alongside a senior team member
Client Coordination:
Coordinate data and infrastructure requirements with the client team
Collect necessary inputs and documentation from the client
Send client updates and communications after internal review and confirmation — not independently
4. Internal Stakeholder Coordination
Run daily standups — track progress, capture blockers, drive closure
Maintain task trackers: every open item must have an owner, a date, and a follow-up
Brief the tech and dev team on ground-level inputs and client requirements in a structured way
Draft and circulate MOM after every internal and client meeting
Keep field, tech, and management always aligned on timelines and priorities
What We Are Looking For
Must Have
Strong written and verbal communication — MOMs, issue logs, and client updates must be clear, concise, and professional
Process discipline — follow up without being asked, maintain trackers without being reminded, close every loop
Comfortable with frequent travel and multi-day city deployments — this is a high-travel role
Ability to manage multiple open items across vendors, clients, and internal teams simultaneously
Proficient with any task tracking or project management tool — Excel, Sheets, Notion, or equivalent
Willingness to learn fast, use AI tools actively, and continuously improve how work gets done
Good to Have
Prior experience in operations, field coordination, logistics, or project execution roles
Exposure to B2B client communication environments
Familiarity with hardware or technology deployment projects
Not Required
Jira, agile, or sprint certifications — tools will be taught on the job
Technical background in AI, computer vision, or software — product knowledge will be built over time
Prior negotiation experience — you will be supported by a senior team member
