Role Overview
The Technology Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce solutions for US-based clients across the full project lifecycle, from requirement analysis through deployment and ongoing production support.
Minimum Requirements
• 3+ years of Salesforce Development experience
• Salesforce Service Cloud experience
• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL expertise
• REST / SOAP integration experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• End-to-end implementation experience

Work Schedule
US Team Overlap Hours
• Approximately 9:00 PM IST – 01:00 AM IST
• Monday through Friday (aligned with US Business Days)
Development activities may be completed outside overlap hours based on project requirements.
