Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Network Engineer to support the end-to-end delivery of the TxCore Migration & Upgrade Program. The successful candidate will lead network design validation, implementation, migration, and stabilization activities across hybrid environments, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational excellence throughout the transformation of core banking network infrastructure.

Required Qualifications
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
CCIE (Enterprise Infrastructure or Data Center) – Mandatory
Experience
Minimum 15 years of enterprise-level network engineering experience.
Proven experience delivering large-scale network transformation, migration, and upgrade programs.
Experience managing complex hybrid network environments spanning datacenter, cloud, and campus networks.
Strong experience working within regulated and mission-critical environments.
Technical Expertise
Expert knowledge of:
Routing and Switching
Cisco ACI
Cloud Networking and Hybrid Connectivity
SDWAN and SDN
Network Automation using Python and Ansible
Deep expertise in:
BGP
OSPF
DMVPN
IPSec
GRE

Aruba Wireless Solutions
Aruba Clear Pass (CPPM)
Air Wave
Aruba Central
Riverbed and Silver Peak WAN Optimization
Strong troubleshooting skills using:
Wireshark
Advanced network diagnostic tools
Knowledge of:
Cisco ISE
802.1X
NAC
Port Security
Dynamic ARP Inspection
Check Point Firewalls
Cisco ASA
F5 Load Balancers
IDS/IPS Solutions
Packet Brokers

Experience with network monitoring tools such as:
Solar Winds

Experience supporting operational governance and service delivery frameworks.
