About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist – Data Governance to design, implement, and operationalize enterprise-wide Data Governance programs aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Data Governance frameworks, data management disciplines, governance operating models, and regulatory compliance. This role requires close collaboration with business, technology, risk, compliance, and data management stakeholders to establish governance standards, improve data quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide Data Governance strategies, frameworks, policies, standards, procedures, and operating models.
- Conduct Data Governance maturity assessments, gap analyses, and define target-state roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Establish governance structures, data ownership models, stewardship frameworks, governance councils, and accountability mechanisms.
- Lead governance initiatives across:
- Data Quality Management
- Metadata Management
- Business Glossary
- Data Lineage
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- Data Privacy
- Data Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, including GDPR, PDPL, DPDPA, and other applicable data protection regulations.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, governance forums, training sessions, and awareness programs to drive governance adoption.
- Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, risk, and data teams to implement governance controls and improve data management practices.
- Support implementation and adoption of Data Governance and Metadata Management platforms.
- Define and monitor governance KPIs, scorecards, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Lead Data Governance transformation programs from assessment through implementation and operationalization.
- Provide advisory support on industry best practices, governance methodologies, and emerging trends in data management.
