We are currently self funded and are looking for builders who enjoy creating systems from the ground up and turning ideas into market traction.

The Role This is not a traditional marketing role.
You will operate as a founding growth marketer, working directly with the founders to design, build, and scale the demand generation and growth engine for our AI and SaaS products.
You will own the complete journey from positioning and awareness to lead generation and pipeline creation. Your primary responsibility is to build predictable demand generation systems that consistently create qualified opportunities for the sales function.
This role is focused on measurable business outcomes, not vanity metrics.
You will work across multiple global markets, including APAC, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas, continuously testing, learning, and refining growth strategies based on market signals and customer insights.

What You Will Own
• End to end Go To Market execution for multiple AI and SaaS products

• Demand generation and pipeline creation across organic and paid channels

• Lead generation strategy and execution from awareness through qualification

• Building scalable systems that generate demos, qualified inquiries, meetings, and pipeline opportunities

• Product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development

• Account Based Marketing initiatives for high value enterprise accounts

• Marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing systems

• Performance marketing and acquisition funnel optimization

• Social media strategy and thought leadership initiatives

• Marketing analytics, attribution, reporting, and performance measurement

• Repeatable frameworks for scaling B2B demand generation and customer acquisition

What You Will DoGo To Market & Growth Execution
• Design and execute Go To Market strategies for newly launched AI and SaaS products

• Define Ideal Customer Profiles, buyer personas, and customer journeys

• Develop market entry and acquisition strategies across global markets
Demand Generation & Pipeline Development
• Build and execute a scalable lead generation engine capable of producing qualified opportunities for the sales team

• Develop inbound and outbound demand generation strategies across digital channels

• Generate measurable business outcomes through demo requests, qualified inbound inquiries, meeting requests, Marketing Qualified Leads, Sales Qualified Leads, and enterprise account engagement

• Continuously improve lead quality, funnel conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency

• Build repeatable processes that create a healthy and predictable pipeline
Product Marketing & Positioning
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling, ROI driven messaging

• Build messaging frameworks that resonate with founders, executives, and enterprise decision makers

• Position products effectively in competitive markets and emerging categories
Performance Marketing & Social Media
• Build and execute paid campaigns across platforms such as Linked In and Google Ads

• Develop retargeting and conversion programs

• Build founder and company thought leadership initiatives across relevant social platforms

• Drive content initiatives that support awareness, engagement, and demand generation objectives
Marketing Operations & Analytics
• Build and manage marketing automation workflows and CRM processes

• Implement lead scoring and nurturing mechanisms

• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks covering acquisition performance, funnel conversion, and pipeline contribution

• Continuously analyze data and recommend growth opportunities and optimizations

What We Are Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, Enterprise Technology, or AI product marketing and growth functions
