Data Analyst

Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Data Analyst for one of our client. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to support decision-making and client projects. They will build and maintain dashboards and reports, perform exploratory and statistical analysis, and translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The role includes collaborating with engineers, consultants, and business teams to define data requirements, validate data quality, and support data-driven strategies. The Data Analyst will also contribute to continuous improvement of data processes, documentation, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets and business problems.
- Proficiency in data analytics and data modeling, including working with relational databases and visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of statistics and experience applying statistical methods to real-world datasets.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience with SQL and at least one analytics or scripting language (e.g., Python, R).
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and cloud data platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across distributed teams.
- Experience in IT services, consulting, or technology-driven environments is a plus.
