We are seeking a strategic Lead UX Designer to drive the UX vision and design direction across multiple products and initiatives. You will lead a team of designers, establish design standards, and partner with product and technology leadership to deliver impactful user experience
s.This role focuses on defining UX strategy, scaling design systems in Figma, and ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences across B2B and enterprise product lines.

Champion the use of AI tools within the design team to improve quality, speed, and innovati

Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to align on priorities, present design strategies, and influence decision-maki

Review key design deliverables to ensure they meet usability, accessibility, and brand standards .

Experience in EdTech projects is highly preferred but not mand
atory.
AI Proj ects:
Significant experience designing AI/ML-driven products or features is a strong
bonus.
B2B & Enterp rise:
Extensive experience designing for B2B and enterprise applications across web and m
obile.
Portf olio: A strong portfolio with strategic and end-to-end case studies, including examples of design systems and team leade
rship.
Education & Certification:
