Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Linked In, You Tube, and other relevant channels.
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve acquisition targets.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, competitor benchmarking, and market trend analysis.
Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Set up tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific tracking solutions.
Prepare regular performance reports and present campaign insights to stakeholders.
Perform A/B testing across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital advertising opportunities.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
4–5 years of hands-on experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience managing substantial advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for performance.
Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and audience segmentation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
Experience working in an agency environment.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Understanding of SEO, CRO, and broader digital marketing channels.
