Job Purpose/

Summary:

We are looking for an SAP PP/PM Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience in SAP ECC or S/4

HANA. The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in SAP PP/PM implementation, rollout, and support projects

• Configure PP (Discrete & REM) and PM functionalities

• Manage PP/PM master data and order life cycles

• Integrate with MM, QM, FI/CO, and MES systems

• Conduct requirement gathering, testing, and end-user training

• Prepare functional specs and collaborate with ABAP for enhancements

• Handle data migration (LTMC, LSMW, BDC) and cutover activities

• Support interfaces (IDoc, BAPI, API) and enhancements (user exits, BAdIs, SAP Notes)

• Use Service Now and CHARMs for incident and change management

Key Performance Indicators:

• Timely completion of SAP PP/PM implementation and support tasks

• SLA-compliant resolution of support tickets using tools like Service Now

• Accurate and complete configuration and documentation of PP/PM processes

• Effective integration with other SAP modules (MM, QM, FI/CO, MES)

• Proper usage of Service Now (incl. CHARMs) for tickets, change management and compliance

• Adoption and application of S/4

HANA and Fiori applications

Qualificaton:

• SAP S/4

HANA Certification in PP and/or PM (preferred). Good to have SSAM Certification or

hands-on experience with Asset management

• Minimum 1 full-cycle implementation or end-to-end rollout experience in SAP PP and/or PM

• Min. 2 years prior working experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, process

industries, or plant operations is highly desirable

• Good understanding of shop floor processes, maintenance operations, and production planning

cycles
