We are looking for a data-driven Google Ads Specialist to scale qualified leads and revenue through high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, You Tube, and Remarketing.
Position Summary
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns that generate high-quality B2B leads and e-commerce D2C sales. You will work closely with the marketing, design, content, and sales teams to improve campaign performance, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a passion for performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Management
Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, You Tube, and Remarketing.
Conduct keyword research and build high-intent keyword strategies.
Develop compelling ad copies and ad extensions.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations.
Improve Quality Score, Ad Rank, and campaign efficiency.
Lead Generation & E-commerce Growth
Drive qualified B2B leads for corporate gifting.
Increase online sales for D2C gifting categories.
Optimize campaigns based on conversion value and business objectives.
Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target CPA and ROAS.
Performance Optimization
Monitor and improve:
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Conversion Rate (CVR)
Cost Per Click (CPC)
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Impression Share
Quality Score
Conduct A/B testing for:
Headlines
Descriptions
Landing pages
Bidding strategies
Audience targeting
Creative assets
Analytics & Tracking
Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads conversion tracking.
Ensure accurate tracking of leads, purchases, phone calls, and form submissions.
Troubleshoot tracking issues with development and e-commerce teams.
Build dashboards and generate actionable insights.
Shopping & Merchant Center
Manage Google Merchant Center.
Optimize product feeds for Shopping campaigns.
Improve product visibility and feed quality.
Coordinate with product and e-commerce teams to maintain accurate catalog data.
Landing Page Optimization
Collaborate with designers and developers to improve landing page performance.
Recommend improvements to user experience and conversion rates.
Ensure messaging aligns with campaign intent.
Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Present campaign insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities.
Forecast budgets and expected performance.
Collaboration
Work closely with:
Sales Team

SEO Team
Content Team
E-commerce Team
Shopify Team
to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
Google Ads Certifications are preferred.
Experience
3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Experience with B2B lead generation and D2C e-commerce advertising.
Experience managing monthly Google Ads budgets of ₹5 lakh or more is preferred.
Experience with Shopify-based websites is an advantage.
