Growth & Community Associate – AI Search & Audience Development
Are you someone who lives on the internet, understands online communities, and enjoys discovering conversations, trends, and opportunities across platforms?
We're looking for a Growth & Community Associate to help grow the visibility of our brands across Reddit, Quora, Linked In, AI search engines, forums, newsletters, and other online communities through authentic engagement and audience development.
What you'll do:
• Participate in relevant discussions across Reddit, Quora, and online communities
• Repurpose content into engaging community-first formats
• Improve discoverability across AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity
• Support audience growth, newsletter initiatives, and partnerships
• Monitor trends, competitors, and emerging conversations
We're looking for someone who:
• Understands how online communities work
• Has excellent written communication skills
• Is curious, resourceful, and loves experimenting
• Is interested in journalism, technology, media, AI, business, or digital culture
⭐ Bonus if you have experience with Reddit, Quora, content creation, SEO, digital publishing, or AI tools.
