About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Senior Media Buyer to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign execution, tracking implementation, optimization, and reporting while driving measurable business outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Snapchat Ads, and X Ads.
- Own campaign execution from setup to optimization, reporting, and scaling.
- Ensure accurate campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, tracking, and quality checks.
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.
- Implement and validate tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
- Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and platform-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and platform guidelines.
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards using Looker Studio, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, analytics, and account management teams.
- Present campaign performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated with platform changes, ad products, and industry best practices.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Media Buying.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Snapchat Ads, and X Ads.
- Expertise in audience targeting, bidding strategies, attribution models, and campaign optimization.
- Strong understanding of tracking, pixels, tags, conversion APIs, and analytics tools.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
