Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with strong S/4

HANA implementation experience and deep expertise across integration, product costing, and financial processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on project experience (not just support) and be capable of handling complex business scenarios independently.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end S/4

HANA FICO implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Handle FI-SD integration and ensure seamless Order-to-Cash financial flow
Work on Material Ledger for:
Product costing
Inventory valuation
Actual costing scenarios
Manage and configure:
General Ledger (FI-GL)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Drive Funds Management (FM) and Project Systems (PS) budgeting processes
Work on Treasury (TRM) including Business Partner (BP) role configuration
Configure and support Banking processes:
Incoming & outgoing payments
BCM (Bank Communication Management)
Payment approvals & batch handling
Participate in data migration activities including validation and reconciliation
Collaborate on E-Invoicing solutions (preferably SAP DRC)
Prepare functional specs, support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and manage business stakeholders

Mandatory Requirements
8+ years of SAP FICO experience with consulting background
Minimum 2–3 end-to-end S/4

HANA implementations
At least 2 Greenfield implementations

Strong expertise in:
FI-SD integration
Product costing & Material Ledger
Inventory valuation

Hands-on experience in Funds Management & Project System budgeting
Experience in Banking configuration & BCM processes
Exposure to TRM (Treasury) and Business Partner configuration
Strong understanding of FI-GL & Asset Accounting
Experience in data migration (must-have)
Good exposure to E-Invoicing (SAP DRC preferred over custom solutions)
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle business scenarios independently

Nice to Have

Experience with global/MNC clients
Exposure to multiple SAP modules integration (MM/SD)
Ability to lead discussions and workshops

❌ Profiles Not Suitable If:
Only support project experience (no implementation exposure)
Lack of data migration experience
Unable to handle real-time business scenarios independently
Limited exposure in Funds Management / Banking / Integration areas
Only worked on custom E-invoicing (no SAP DRC exposure)

Ideal Candidate
A hands-on consultant who can confidently explain, design, and implement real business scenarios, not just theoretical or support-level knowledge.
