Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Servicing Manager who sits at the intersection of client management and hands-on ad operations. You will own client relationships end-to-end while also being deeply involved in campaign execution and performance delivery across multiple self-serve advertising platforms. This is not a purely account management role we need someone who understands the technology, speaks the language of performance, and can translate data into compelling client narratives and business.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations
--> Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building long-term, trust-based relationships
Lead weekly/monthly client reviews, presenting performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations
Understand client business objectives deeply and align campaign strategies accordingly
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication on deliverables, escalations, and campaign updates
--> Ad Operations & Campaign Management
Plan, optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Advertising, and other self-serve platforms such as Linked In, Snapchat, DV360, or programmatic DSPs with the Operations team.
Conduct in-depth audience research, keyword planning, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy
Monitor daily spends, budgets, and pacing to ensure efficiency and delivery targets are met
Perform regular A/B testing on creatives, copies, landing pages, and audience segments
Troubleshoot tracking, pixel, and attribution issues across platforms

Create and maintain performance dashboards using tools like Google Looker Studio, or similar ( with the help of tech team)
Analyse campaign data to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization levers
Provide actionable insights and data-backed recommendations to both clients and internal teams
Track and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, LTV, and conversion rates

Work closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to brief and deliver campaign assets
Collaborate with the tech/analytics team on tracking setup, UTM frameworks, and attribution models
Mentor and guide junior executives within the client servicing team
Participate in new business pitches and research involving pitches and proposals where required

Skills & Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media / ad operations
Hands-on, proven experience managing campaigns on two or more of the following platforms:
Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube, Performance Max)
Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP)
Linked In Campaign Manager, Snapchat Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimisation techniques
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), tag management (GTM), and reporting tools
Experience with pixel/conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting
Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to simplify complex data for clients
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment

Google Ads Certified / Meta Blueprint Certified / Amazon Ads Certified
Experience with e-commerce clients or D2C brands
Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Spy Fu, or Similar Web
Knowledge of programmatic advertising and DSP platforms
Exposure to CRM tools like Salesforce or Hub Spot
