Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an ERP Solution Consultant at Goodco India. The ERP Solution Consultant will work closely with clients to understand business processes, gather requirements, and design ERP solutions that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include configuring ERP modules, supporting end-to-end ERP implementations, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful deployment and integration. The role involves analyzing current workflows, identifying gaps, recommending process improvements, and preparing functional documentation.
The consultant will also support user training, assist with testing, and provide ongoing functional support to help clients maximize the value of their ERP systems.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to map and optimize end-to-end workflows.
Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and recommend practical ERP-driven solutions.
Hands-on experience with ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, including configuration and rollout support.
Foundational knowledge of Finance processes (such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting) in an ERP context.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including documentation and presentation skills.
Experience working in a consulting, implementation, or client-facing role, preferably in ERP or business systems.
Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
