We are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist with a strong track record of running  Lead generation , performance driven campaigns and designing high converting landing pages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid search campaigns across multiple industries. This role also requires hands on experience in landing page creation.

Space & Place Real Estate is part of S&P group of companies based in Dubai. ( S&P group of company has multiple companies under one umbrella such as Real estate, Holiday homes, Restaurants and a Media agency)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, You Tube, Performance Max) to meet defined KPIs

• Create landing pages for campaigns

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad copywriting

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations

• Build and optimize landing pages aligned with each campaign’s objective

• Implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking

• Create weekly or bi-weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations

• Stay up-to-date with Google Ads updates, best practices, and competitive benchmarks

Required Skills & Experience :

• Minimum 4 years of experience in doing  Leads generation  through Google Ads

• Experience in doing campaigns in the UAE (preferably real estate)

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads platform, bidding strategies, campaign structuring, and audience targeting

• Proven experience in  landing page creation  and CRO (conversion rate optimization)

• Proficient with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and basic HTML/CSS (preferred)

• Experience with tools like Wix and similar.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with other ad platforms (Meta Ads, Tik Tok, Linked In) could be added advantage

NOTE:

This is a fully remote role
