Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

● Define and lead a product idea, strategy, and roadmap for key AI opportunity areas concerning supply chain financing products, always prioritizing measurable improvements for internal users and customers.

● Drive user research, market analysis, and data analysis to understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs.

● Engage with stakeholders across different departments and areas to ensure AI driven solutions seamlessly integrate and amplify efforts to improve reliability and efficiency.

● Stay at the forefront of the AI/ML landscape to identify novel approaches and technologies that can be applied to anticipate and solve the next generation of operational challenges supply chain financing.

● Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements to execution using short iteration cycles and produce artifacts that clearly communicate the need to engineering teams and data scientists, via wireframes, designs, and prototypes.

● Manage stakeholder relationships and keep everyone informed around release schedules and product know-how.

● Work with Engineering Managers and other members of the team to deliver secure and RBI compliant solutions.

Required Skills:

● Extensive experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven field, preferably with direct exposure to AI product management

● Robust understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies

● Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

● Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box

● Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision

● Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field is highly desirable

● Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

● Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Development with 3 product launches.

● Certifications or equivalent expertise in AI/ML specialization is a must.

● Lending domain experience with understanding of loan origination and servicing will be required.
