Platform Leader :
We are seeking a highly experienced
Microsoft Power Platform Platform Lead
with
20+ years of overall IT experience , including
15+ years in Microsoft technologies , to lead enterprise-scale delivery, governance, and innovation.
This role demands a
seasoned leader
who can drive
multi-program delivery , define platform strategy, and spearhead
AI-first and agentic automation initiatives
across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Strategy & Governance
Define and own the
enterprise Power Platform strategy and roadmap
Establish and lead
Center of Excellence (CoE)
and governance frameworks
Drive
secure, scalable, and compliant platform adoption
Define standards for
ALM, environment strategy, and Dev Ops
2. Enterprise Delivery Leadership
Lead
large-scale, multi-track Power Platform programs
Oversee
multiple delivery teams (onshore/offshore)
Ensure delivery excellence across
quality, timelines, and cost
Manage senior stakeholders, including CXO-level interactions
3. Architecture & Technical Leadership
Provide
enterprise architecture oversight
across:
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)
Power BI
Dataverse
Define
integration strategies
with Azure, APIs, legacy, and SaaS systems
Build reusable
enterprise frameworks and accelerators
4. AI, Copilot & Agentic Automation
Drive enterprise adoption of:
AI Builder
(document intelligence, prediction models)
Copilot Studio
(enterprise copilots, conversational AI)
Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
Lead design of
agentic workflows and autonomous systems :
Event-driven orchestration
Decision intelligence systems
Human-in-the-loop + autonomous execution models
Integrate with
Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services
5. Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, mentor, and scale
high-performing Power Platform teams
Drive
AI and low-code capability transformation
Establish
architecture review boards and coding standards
Build internal
IP, accelerators, and reusable assets
6. Stakeholder & Business Alignment
Act as a
strategic advisor
to business and IT leadership
Align platform initiatives with
enterprise transformation goals
Drive measurable
business outcomes and ROI
Required Skills & Experience Experience
20+ years of overall IT experience
15+ years in Microsoft technology stack
5+ years in Power Platform leadership roles
Core Microsoft Expertise
Deep expertise in:
Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
Dataverse and enterprise data modeling
Azure services and integrations
Strong background in
.NET / Azure / enterprise Microsoft stack
AI & Emerging Capabilities
Hands-on or architectural experience with:
AI Builder
Copilot Studio
Power Platform Copilot features
Strong understanding of:
Agentic automation architectures
LLM-based solutions and prompt engineering
Azure OpenAI ecosystem
Architecture & Dev Ops
Expertise in:
ALM & CI/CD (Azure Dev Ops / Git Hub)
Enterprise integration patterns
Security, governance, and compliance models
Leadership
Proven track record of:
Leading
large enterprise programs
Managing
cross-functional teams (50+ size preferred)
Engaging with
executive stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft
Certifications:
PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect)
Azure Architect certifications (AZ-305)
Experience with :
Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
Enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
Power Platform Senior Dev
Experience:
8+ years
Location:
India (Hybrid)
Work Timings: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Role Summary
The Power Platform Tech Lead will provide technical leadership across Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), AI Builder, AI prompts, and Copilot Studio. This role owns solution design, technical governance, and delivery quality while mentoring developers and coordinating with onshore stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and design for enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions
Own end-to-end delivery across Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), AI Builder, and Copilot Studio
Define standards, best practices, ALM, and security/governance models
Design AI-driven use cases using AI Builder, prompts, and Copilot Studio
