MIS Executive

Data Management & Analysis:  Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of the reports.
Reporting:  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including key business metrics, trends, and forecasts for management. Vendor coordination.
Dashboard Development:  Design and maintain dashboards for real-time performance tracking and visual representation of data. APP creation & budget analysis.
Process Improvement:  Identify trends, patterns, and issues in the data and suggest process improvements based on the insights.
Team Support:  Provide analytical support to different departments, including finance, operations, and sales.
Data Accuracy:  Ensure all reports and data entry are accurate and timely, resolving discrepancies as needed.
System Maintenance:  Maintain and update MIS software systems, ensuring that they are running efficiently and aligned with business requirements.
Ad-Hoc Analysis:  Support management with ad-hoc analysis and data-related queries

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., in Data Analytics or MIS) is a plus.

Skills:

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros), SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of Databases & ERP Systems:
Familiarity with database management and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
Analytical

Skills:

Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Attention to Detail:
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and error-free reports.
Communication

Skills:

Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear, understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
