Role:  Digital Marketing Lead - India, MENA, SEA

Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-impact, performance-driven  Digital Marketing Lead  to build and scale a robust demand generation engine across India, MENA, and Southeast Asia. This role will own end-to-end digital acquisition - from awareness to conversion - driving pipeline and revenue growth for Protectt.ai's mobile and AI security solutions. You will operate at the intersection of  performance marketing, ABM, and revenue operations , driving measurable business outcomes through data-led execution and strong alignment with Sales and SDR teams.

This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on revenue growth across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
Build and execute a multi-region digital acquisition strategy across India, MENA, and SEA
Drive performance marketing across Google, Linked In, programmatic, and retargeting channels
Design and optimize full-funnel lead generation (paid + organic)
Own and improve MQL to SQL to pipeline conversion metrics

2. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Identify and target high-value enterprise accounts (CIOs, CISOs, CTOs)
Plan and execute region-specific ABM campaigns
Partner closely with Sales teams to accelerate deal movement and conversions

3. SDR & Sales Alignment
Work closely with SDR teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates
Drive strong alignment between inbound and outbound motions
Build structured frameworks for lead qualification and hand-offs

4. Funnel Optimization & Performance
Optimize landing pages, website journeys, and conversion funnels
Drive continuous A/B testing and experimentation across campaigns
Improve key metrics including CPL, CPA, and campaign ROI

5. Content-Led Acquisition
Partner with Content and Brand teams to build high-intent demand funnels
Leverage whitepapers, reports, case studies, and thought leadership
Drive inbound growth through SEO and content marketing

6. Regional Strategy & Localization
Adapt campaigns for India, MENA, and SEA markets
Understand regional buyer behavior, messaging, and channel effectiveness
Collaborate with local teams and partners where required

7. Data, Analytics & Reporting
Own reporting dashboards for pipeline contribution, funnel metrics, and campaign performance
Drive data-led decision making for budget allocation and optimization
Ensure effective use of CRM and marketing automation tools

Qualifications &

Experience:

8-10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing / demand generation
Strong experience in performance marketing, ABM, and enterprise lead generation
Proven expertise in funnel optimization and conversion rate improvement
Experience managing multi-region campaigns (India + MENA/SEA preferred)
Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive measurable ROI
Experience working closely with Sales, SDR, and Product…
