Role Overview We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
This role is not just about running ads — it's about driving measurable business growth .
Key Responsibilities Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads)
Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL, and conversions
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
Manage budgets and scale winning campaigns
Track performance using analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.)
Create and optimize landing page strategies with CRO mindset
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
KPIs You Will Own Cost per Lead (CPL)
Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Conversion Rate
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
Good understanding of conversion tracking (pixels, events)
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
Basic understanding of landing page optimization (CRO)
Good to Have Experience in lead generation campaigns
Knowledge of tools like Hub Spot, Zapier, or automation platforms
Understanding of SEO & full-funnel marketing
