Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented  Senior Business Analyst  to drive business and technology initiatives by bridging the gap between stakeholders and delivery teams. The role involves requirement elicitation, solution design support, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful execution of strategic projects across systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
Translate business needs into clear, structured Business Requirement Documents (BRD) / Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis
Solution Design & Implementation

Work closely with Technology, Product, and Operations teams to define optimal solutions
Support system design discussions ensuring alignment with business objectives
Stakeholder Management

Act as a liaison between business users, technology teams, and external vendors
Ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and deliverables
Provide regular updates and manage expectations across senior stakeholders
Project Execution & Delivery

Support project planning, prioritization, and execution
Track deliverables, dependencies, and risks
Ensure timely resolution of issues impacting delivery
Documentation & Governance

Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and system flows
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and audit requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field , MBA added advantage.
6–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in financial services / capital markets / fintech/CRM) , 3 to 4 Years of

Experience of Team Management.
Strong experience in handling end-to-end project lifecycle
Key Skills & Competencies

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
Expertise in requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
Ability to understand complex systems and data flows
Team Management & Leadership

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Business Analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables
Allocate work, track progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and standards
Review and validate requirement documents, test cases, and functional outputs prepared by team members
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance management

Preferred Experience

Exposure to domains such as Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Digital Platforms
Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data mapping
Behavioural Attributes

Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Proactive in identifying risks and proposing solutions
