About the opportunity

Our client is in the Digital Payments & Financial Technology domain. The client is a leading
organization handling large-scale online payment and transaction processing systems across India.
They are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Production Support professional to manage
and monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, support Linux environments, and ensure smooth
functioning of critical applications.

The primary objective of the candidate will be responsible for maintaining system uptime, handling
incidents, monitoring transactions, and coordinating with multiple technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Monitor production applications and infrastructure.

● Provide L1 support for production incidents and operational issues.

● Monitor transaction failures, alerts, and application performance.

● Analyse logs and troubleshoot production issues.

● Coordinate with Development, Infra, Network, and Database teams.

● Handle ticket management, escalation handling, and incident tracking.

● Prepare operational reports and downtime analysis reports.

● Ensure smooth functioning of production systems.

● Perform basic Linux administration and monitoring tasks.

● Ability to work under pressure in critical production environment

● Banking, Fin Tech, or Payments industry experience preferred
