Key Responsibilities:
Manage Workday biannual (R1/R2) release cycles
Lead release planning, governance, and deployment activities
Conduct impact analysis, regression testing, and release readiness
Coordinate across HCM, Payroll, Talent, Absence, QA, and AMS teams
Manage Workday environments (Sandbox, Implementation & Production)
Drive CAB, Go/No-Go meetings, and risk mitigation
Support global Workday rollout and country go-lives
Must-Have
Skills:
10+ years in Release Management / IT Program Delivery
Hands-on Workday Release Management (R1/R2)
Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll & Integrations
Strong understanding of Workday tenant management and deployment lifecycle
ITIL/SAFe knowledge is preferred
Excellent stakeholder and governance management skills
