As we continue to scale, we are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Solutions team. This role will be instrumental in translating customer challenges into impactful solution strategies, supporting enterprise sales engagements, and helping shape tailored solutions that address evolving business needs.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Pre-Sales Solutions Manager to bridge the gap between our technical fintech solutions and our customers' financial operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, conducting discovery, delivering tailored demonstrations, and designing complex solutions involving ERP integrations, P2P (Procurement), and spend management workflows. Your goal is to turn complex financial pain points into clear, valuable solutions that close deals.

Role & Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Solutioning & Discovery
Conduct deep-dive discovery workshops with CFOs, Procurement Heads, and controllers to understand current manual processes, pain points, and technical environments.
Design custom solutions mapping Zaggle Spend Management functionality to client challenges, emphasizing ROI, automation, and speed.
Identify opportunities to integrate our platform with existing ERPs (e.g., Net Suite, SAP, Workday, Quick Books)
2.Product Demonstration & Value Selling
Deliver tailored, compelling product demonstrations that showcase the "Art of the Possible," focusing on automated workflows rather than just features.
Create and present tailored proposals, ROI calculators, and business cases to C-level stakeholders.
Lead proof-of-concept (POC) trials to prove technical viability to enterprise clients.
3.Sales Enablement & RFP/RFI
Own the technical response for RFPs/RFIs, ensuring accuracy, security compliance, and strategic alignment.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on market feedback.
Document technical scope, assumptions, and client expectations clearly for a smooth handover to the Implementation team.
4. Technical Expertise
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Spend Management, Procurement, P2P cycles, and fintech API integration.
Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape.
5. Sales Strategy & Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop winning strategies, provide market feedback, and stay informed on product updates.
Establish trust-based relationships with customer technical decision-makers and act as a subject matter expert.

Experience & Educational

Qualification:

Experience:

3-6 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Implementation within B2B SaaS, Finance, or Procurement technology.
Domain Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with procurement platforms or spend management tools.
Technical Acumen:
Understanding of API architecture, data migration, and ERP integrations (Net Suite, SAP, MS Dynamics, etc.).
Communication:
Exceptional storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Personal Attributes:
Independent, Highly Organized and Self Motivated
Strong understanding of modern systems architecture, including on-premises and Cloud-based systems
Expert knowledge of the complete sales lifecycle with extensive experience responding to sales RFPs and configuring software demos at very high levels of quality
Capability to translate business requirements into compelling software demonstrations
Technical proficiency with any EMS configuration and components and experience in demonstrating EMS workflows
Excellent presentation, demonstration, communication, and teamwork skills
A high degree of confidence in presenting software demos and leading technical pre-sales discussions including integrations
