Role Overview
Lead the Product & Innovation Cell to drive new product development, innovation strategy, and strategic investments across subsidiaries for agri, rural, and financial ecosystems. The role focuses on technology-led transformation, market intelligence, and startup/investment evaluation to enable scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Innovation
Design product concepts, pilots, and rollout strategies for subsidiaries
Define use cases, customer segments, and value propositions
Drive innovation initiatives aligned to business priorities
2. Market Intelligence
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis
Identify opportunities in agri, rural, and financial ecosystems
Translate insights into product and strategy decisions
3. Technology & Transformation
Develop IT/innovation roadmaps
Evaluate and onboard technology solutions/platforms
4. Program Governance
Manage innovation pipeline and cross-subsidiary coordination
Set up tracking, governance, and reporting frameworks
5. Reporting & Leadership Communication
Build MIS dashboards and performance trackers
Prepare executive presentations and decision notes
6. Startup & Investment Evaluation
Identify and assess startup/investment opportunities
Conduct commercial and strategic evaluations
7. Financial Analysis & Due Diligence
Develop financial models and investment cases
Lead due diligence and investment appraisal
8. Deal Execution
Support deal structuring, term sheets, and negotiations
Coordinate with legal, finance, and external partners
9. Portfolio Monitoring
Track investee performance and compliance
Prepare ongoing monitoring reports
10. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with subsidiaries, startups, and institutions
Support decision forums with structured insights and documentation

Experience in startup evaluation / innovation programs preferred
