Enrolling for Skill Veda's Work Integrated PGDM Program is a mandatory criteria for this internship.
This is internship is only for Computer Science or related engineering team graduates.
About the Opportunity:
This is not a traditional internship built around shadowing and administrative work. This 6-month internship is designed for individuals looking to build strong technical and customer-facing expertise at the intersection of Customer Experience, Security, and Enterprise SaaS.
You will work on real business problems, collaborate with engineering and customer teams, and gain exposure to enterprise systems used by thousands of global companies. The role combines elements of Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, and Consulting.
The objective is simple: build future full-time team members from day one.
What You’ll Do
Navigate Complex Infrastructure
Work with enterprise SaaS environments and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP
Understand integrations and large-scale cloud architecture
Solve Technical Challenges
Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot implementation issues
Support debugging and resolution of customer-facing technical challenges
Translate Requirements Into Workflows
Convert business and compliance requirements into structured implementation processes
Help create scalable customer solutions
Customer Ownership
Support onboarding and implementation projects
Participate in audit preparation and customer success initiatives
Contribute to process improvement and automation

B.Tech (Computer Science or related engineering discipline)
