About Blockmaze
The future of finance is moving on-chain. Real-world assets- stocks, bonds, real estate,
commodities are being tokenized and brought onto blockchain rails for instant settlement,
fractional ownership, and programmable compliance.
But we're at 0.01% category penetration. The market doesn't yet understand what "regulated
tokenization" means or why it matters. Most platforms are either crypto-native (unregulated,
high-risk) or Trad Fi incumbents (slow to innovate). Blockmaze is building the regulated
infrastructure that bridges both worlds.
We're a tokenization platform for institutional issuers- brokers, wealth managers, family offices,
and asset managers, with licenses across 8 jurisdictions (UAE, Bahrain, Cyprus, and more),
powered by Finvasia Group's 15 years of financial services infrastructure. We enable issuers to
bring real-world assets on-chain with full regulatory compliance, banking-grade custody, and
audit-backed reserves.
This is category-building, not just brand-building. We're defining what tokenization means for thenext decade of institutional finance.
About the Role
You'll own Blockmaze's video content strategy and production - building a library of explainer
videos, founder thought leadership pieces, product demos, customer stories, event recaps, and
social-first video content that educate buyers, build credibility, and drive engagement across
Linked In, You Tube, the website, and sales enablement channels.
You'll work cross-functionally with Content, Brand, PR, and Product Marketing to translate
written content like blog posts, whitepapers, case studies into video formats.
Experience and
Skills Required:
4-6 years as a video creator, videographer, or content producer (B2B preferred but not
required)
End-to-end video production skills: scripting, shooting, editing, motion graphics, sound
design.
Proficiency in video editing software and AI video creation (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,
Google Veo, Deepseek etc) and motion graphics tools (After Effects)
Experience shooting talking-head videos, product demos, and explainer content
Portfolio demonstrating clean, professional work (not flashy or over-produced —
institutional tone).
You Tube and Linked In video optimization knowledge (thumbnails, captions, formatting
for each platform)
Key Responsibilities
Video Strategy and Planning:
-Develop quarterly video content plans aligned with marketing priorities (product
launches, events, campaigns, thought leadership)
-Identify which content formats work best as video: founder interviews, product demos,
explainer animations, customer testimonials, event coverage.
-Collaborate with content and brand teams to turn written content into video scripts.
-Build a content calendar that balances evergreen explainers with timely reactive content
Video Production:
-Founder thought leadership:
Interview-style videos where founders explain
tokenization, regulation, market trends (2-5 minutes)
-Product explainers:
Screen recordings with voiceover showing how the platform works
(1-3 minutes)
-Customer stories:
Testimonial videos featuring institutional clients (co-produced with
customers, 2-4 minutes)
-Educational content: 2-3 minute explainer videos on tokenization concepts,
compliance, custody
- -Event coverage:
Recap videos from conferences, summits, and owned events (1-2
minutes)
-Social-first content:
Short-form vertical videos for Linked In and X (30-90 seconds)
Post-Production and Optimization:
-Edit videos for multiple platforms: long-form (You Tube, website), short-form (Linked In
feed, X), and cutdowns (ads, email)
-Add motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, and branding overlays
-Optimize for each platform: aspect ratios, thumbnails, video SEO (titles, descriptions,
tags)
-Create captions and transcripts for accessibility and SEO
Distribution and Amplification:
-Publish videos to You Tube, Linked In, website, and sales enablement tools
-Coordinate with Social Media Manager on distribution and promotion
-Track video performance: views, watch time, engagement, conversions
-A/B test thumbnails, titles, and opening hooks to improve…
