About the Role
We are undergoing a major platform modernization and are looking for a hands-on Enablement & Instructional Design Lead to build and scale our internal, partner, and customer training programs.
This role is not about maintaining existing training — it is about designing and operationalizing a modern enablement function from the ground up , leveraging AI to accelerate content creation and delivery.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Services, and Support to translate product capabilities into effective, scalable learning experiences.
What You’ll Do
1. Build the Enablement Framework
Design and implement a multi-audience training strategy :
Internal teams (Sales, Product Experts, Services, Support)
Partners (implementation & sales enablement)
Customers (foundational + advanced product training)
Define certification paths, learning journeys, and program structure
Establish repeatable processes for ongoing enablement tied to product releases
2. Instructional Design & Content Creation
Create high-quality training content:
Courses, playbooks, demos, walkthroughs, certifications
Translate product management artifacts (PRDs, demos, release notes) into learning content
Apply modern instructional design principles (modular, role-based, outcome-driven learning)
3. AI-Driven Content Development
Leverage AI tools to accelerate:
Content creation (videos, scripts, documentation)
Knowledge extraction from product artifacts
Personalization of learning paths
Define and operationalize a scalable AI-assisted content pipeline
4. Deliver & Facilitate Training
Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
Enable internal trainers and SMEs to deliver content effectively
Support rollout of major product releases through targeted training
5. Measure & Optimize
Define success metrics (adoption, certification rates, time-to-productivity)
Gather feedback across internal teams, partners, and customers
Continuously improve training effectiveness and user experience
What We’re Looking For
Core Experience
4–8 years in:
Instructional Design / Learning & Development / Enablement
Proven experience building end-to-end training programs
Experience delivering training (not just designing)
AI & Modern Tooling
Hands-on experience using AI tools for:
Content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Synthesia, Loom AI, etc.)
Documentation or learning acceleration
Strong interest in building AI-first enablement workflows
Domain Experience (Strong Plus)
Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or GRC/IAM space
(SailPoint, Saviynt, cybersecurity, compliance tools are highly relevant)
Execution Mindset
Builder mentality — comfortable creating from scratch
Able to work with ambiguity and define structure independently
Strong collaboration with Product, Sales, and Services teams
