About the Role
Every strong proposal has a moment where sales promise meet technical reality and someone has to make sure those two things actually match. At Millipixels, that's you.
You'll own the entire technical pre-sales journey: running discovery workshops that uncover what clients actually need, architecting solutions that hold up under real-world conditions, and standing in front of clients to present, demo, and defend what Millipixels can build. You're the bridge between business development and delivery making sure nothing gets sold that can't be built, and nothing gets built that wasn't sold right.
This role sits at the intersection of technical credibility and commercial instinct. You'll need to go deep enough into AI and tech solutioning to earn a room full of engineers' respect, while staying sharp enough on commercial viability to keep a deal moving forward.
You’ll Be the Person Who
Leads Discovery That Actually Uncovers Something: Runs workshops that go beyond surface requirements to understand what clients really need and what they haven't said out loud yet.
Architects Solutions That Hold Up: Designs technical solutions that are robust enough to survive delivery, not just impressive enough to survive a pitch.
Owns the Client-Facing Moment: Presents, demos, and fields tough technical questions in real time turning complexity into clarity for the people across the table.
Bridges Sales and Delivery: Makes sure what gets promised in a proposal is exactly what delivery can and will build.
Stress-Tests Every Proposal: Ensures each solution is commercially viable, technically sound, and operationally realistic before it ever reaches a client's inbox.
Speaks Fluent AI: Understands AI solutions deeply enough to shape them, question them, and explain them not just reference them.
Solves in Real Time: Handles technical clarifications and objections on the spot, without needing to "get back to you."
Keeps Solutions Aligned to Reality: Ensures every proposed solution actually reflects what Millipixels can deliver not just what sounds good on paper.
Shapes the Proposal, Not Just Reviews It: Gets involved early in proposal solutioning, so technical thinking is baked in from the start, not bolted on at the end.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If
You come from a hardcore tech solutioning background hands-on, not just adjacent to it.
You have strong working knowledge of AI solutions and can architect around them, not just talk about them.
You've operated in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or a similar client-facing technical role.
You have excellent communication skills; fluent enough with engineering heads to discuss what gets built and how, yet just as at ease making deep tech solutions digestible to non-technical stakeholders
You're equally comfortable in a whiteboard session with engineers and a boardroom pitch with executives.
You can translate deep technical detail into a language that lands with non-technical stakeholders.
You think commercially, you know a great solution still has to make business sense.
