As Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for shaping Anand Rathi’s digital product experience, visual identity, and customer journeys across mobile apps, web platforms, and digital touchpoints. This role will lead a multidisciplinary design spanning:
Product & UX design
UI & visual design
Customer journey & interaction design
Design systems & accessibility
Conversion-led and behavior-driven experiences
The role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Business teams to deliver world-class digital experiences that improve engagement, trust, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute the design vision and strategy aligned with business growth and digital transformation goals.
Build and lead a high-performing design team covering UX, UI, research, and design systems.
Establish design standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
Champion a customer-first, design-led culture across the organization.
2. User Experience & Product Design
Lead UX strategy for mobile apps, trading platforms, onboarding journeys, and investor tools.
Simplify complex financial workflows into intuitive user journeys.
Drive usability, accessibility, and frictionless navigation across digital products.
Ensure consistent omnichannel experience across web, app, Whats App, email, and customer touchpoints.
3. Customer Journey & Conversion Optimization
Map and optimize customer journeys from acquisition to activation, engagement, and retention.
Reduce drop-offs in onboarding, KYC, funding, trading, and investment journeys.
Apply behavioral design principles to improve activation, trading frequency, and cross-sell.
Collaborate with analytics teams to run A/B tests and optimize conversions.
4. Design Systems & Visual Identity
Develop and maintain a scalable design system ensuring consistency across platforms.
Elevate brand perception through clean, modern, and trustworthy financial interfaces.
Ensure visual consistency aligned with brand and compliance guidelines.
5. Research, Insights & Data-Driven Design
Lead user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to identify pain points.
Partner with product analytics to translate behavioral data into design improvements.
Continuously iterate based on user insights, performance metrics, and market trends.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver seamless experiences.
Collaborate with digital marketing and growth teams to improve landing pages, funnels, and campaign journeys.
Ensure design feasibility and efficient execution with engineering teams.
7. Innovation & Future-Ready Experiences
Stay ahead of global fintech design trends and emerging interaction paradigms.
Introduce innovative experiences such as:
intelligent dashboards & personalization
contextual nudges & insights
simplified investing journeys
Drive differentiation through experience-led innovation.
Experience & Qualifications
8-12 years in UX/Product Design with leadership experience
Proven experience leading design for BFSI consumer-facing digital platforms
Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or banking, preferred
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX excellence & measurable business impact
Experience building and scaling design teams and systems
Familiarity with financial products & investor behavior is a plus
