SAP FI Dadar Trainer

Role Description  The SAP FI Dadar Trainer will deliver structured, in-person training sessions on SAP FICO to learners at the Mumbai location, focusing on core financial and controlling modules. This full-time, on-site role includes designing training curricula, creating learning materials, and conducting practical demonstrations and workshops. The trainer will assess participant progress, provide feedback, and adapt content to different skill levels and business contexts.

Responsibilities also include collaborating with stakeholders to align training with real-world business processes, staying current with SAP updates, and offering guidance on best practices in SAP implementation and usage.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in SAP FICO, including core financial and controlling processes.
Experience in Training, including curriculum design, classroom delivery, and learner assessment.
Understanding of Business Process flows related to finance and operations.
Exposure to Materials Management and its integration with financial modules.
Background in Consulting, preferably in SAP or enterprise resource planning environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences and adapt teaching methods.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience as a corporate trainer or SAP instructor is highly desirable.
Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and support occasional extended training schedules.
